By Air the nearest airport is the one at Badgam District. This lies at a distance of 80 Km from Verinag. You can land at Badgam and take a taxi to Verinag.
By Road Verinag is very well connected to all parts of the state by road. Road travel to and from Verinag is therefore not a problem
